web client isn't as user friendly as windows client. No apple client

Use it to it's full capacity but it will take time. The product can do a lot.

What I find amusingly challenging about Laserfiche is that its most jaw-dropping features often require a bit of technical wizardry to unleash their full potential. So, if anything, my only 'dislike' is that I occasionally have to do dive into some additional training and research in areas that are not necessarily my strong areas.
