What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I have little experience with other products, however Laserfiche provides a wide breadth of coverage on the market with a very intuitive interface and excellent management tools. I would recommend the product to anyone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The granularity in the administration from metadata to security makes our job easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementation is a project, and some aspects can be difficult to upkeep. Vendor support makes this easy to overcome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Laserfiche has great self-training tools that allow you to learn as you go.
