What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

I think it is different because it specializes in records management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the workflow and forms design, it helps government processes

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't love how much AI is being pushed for LF 12 cloud but not anything else.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I worry about them slowly phasing out on prem by not giving any more updates and only doing updates for cloud versions
