Amazing product for efficiencies

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
The product is a pioneer in the forms world. When users can intuitively create their own forms with minimal training, you know it was designed correctly. The integration between their forms and the repository and workflows is pure awesomeness.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to integrate different ways with the product is fantastic. Filled forms are integrated into the repository, and with the API you are able to interact with almost any object with the Laserfiche platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every release is improving the product exponentially. They are listening to customer feedback and making those pain points a thing of the past. Currently we do not have any dislike with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You won't regret buying this product. The business value it has given our business has enabled us to automate a lot of processes internally and the clients love how things are streamlined. Do your homework on what this solution can enable in your business and the more you can think outside the box, the more you will see that Laserfiche can do almost anything that you want it to do.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
Lots of connection and integration options. Good AI integration throughout. Forms capabilities and nice end user interface
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Smart fields to capture data and Forms for great end user facing interfaces
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficult learning curve and coding or programming background is necessary to implement yourself.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use a good vendor to implement your systems if you do not have IT people
