My favorite aspect of this product is the ease of implementation and digital form customization.

There is 1000 + 1 ways to create any process and it is ever growing.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

WE REALLY APPRECIATE THE DOCUMENT RETENTION FEATURES, AS WELL AS THE WORKFLOW AND FORMS ROUTING. WE PREVIOUSLY USED CUSTOM SOLUTIONS BUT WERE TOO LIMITED AND FEATURE-CONSTRAINED.

I APPRECIATE THE FORMS ROUTING AND THE ABILITY TO TRIGGER WORKFLOWS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I REALLY CAN’T THINK OF ANYTHING I DISLIKE ABOUT LASERFICHE.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GETTING BUY-IN FROM ALL STAKEHOLDERS IS ESSENTIAL. ONCE BUSINESS UNITS GET PAST THE FACT THAT IT’S MORE THAN A FILING CABINET, WE CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH THE VALUE OF HAVING A SECURE REPOSITORY FOR OUR BUSINESS AND STUDENT DOCUMENTS.
