What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Automation is new to our company and this is the most simplistic yet complex system to showcase the pure automation features and requirements we desire.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Workflows and metadata creation systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The training doesn't always work well with a custom repository, so we have to develop further training to accommodate the alteration between LF basic and our system uses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a clear repository structure and workflows built ahead of time. Makes transitions simple and helpful.
