What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?

I am unsure, as this is the only product of it's kind that I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability for team members to recognize ad build each other up, and add their Kudos points to someone else's Kudos statement, thus showing their "agreement" or support of another's appreciation for a fellow team member.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the website glitches/freezes (rarely). But I enjoy all features of the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it as an easy way for staff to connect and recognize each other for their hard work. I think it fosters closer connections and more appreciation amongst team members.

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?

I am mostly unaware of similar products,kudos was my first experience with an employee rewards system and I've loved it since I started working here. It definitely helps create a positive work culture at my organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to share specifics about what an employee has done well on a public platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes a little janky on mobile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ive recommended it to other clinics, I think it's a great program.
