Kobiton has a great selection of device models and OS's

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to select the same model a customer has to try to replicate the issue they are having with a similar environment

What do you dislike most about this product?

The glitchy aspects, how slow it can be, it's not intuitive or easy to use

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have mouse controls on the screen so it's easy to get back to homescreen or apps list

What differentiates Kobiton from other similar products?

The coverage of different workflows and testing processes. It meets the needs of multiple teams in our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The immediacy of opening a mobile device and begin manual testing of our customer's workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything negative that I feel strongly about in regard to the Kobiton platform. The area I would suggest growth in would be that I found the available documentation a bit lacking, which led me to contact Support instead of simple self-service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try. Get a demo from their Sales team. You'll see the value.
