What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The phishing simulations allow organizations to create real-world phishing tests that closely mimic the latest attack trends. These simulations are not only highly customizable, but they also offer a huge variety of templates tailored to different industries, making the training extremely relevant and effective. When employees fall for a phishing simulation, the platform automatically enrolls them in follow-up training, reinforcing learning in a contextual, just-in-time manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the platform offers an extensive content library, the sheer volume of material can sometimes feel daunting. Choosing the right modules and customizing them for different user groups can be time-consuming, and if not carefully managed, employees may experience training fatigue from repetitive or irrelevant content.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
