What differentiates Klaxoon from other similar products?

After 4 years of using Klaxoon, the biggest difference from other software has been how much time it saves us in workshops. What usually took hre of prep and facilitation now comes together quickly, thanks to ready-to-use templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The board is one of my favorite visual collaboration tools I've used. It keeps everyone aligned during meetings and workshops.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My concern is the platform have a smooth learning curve for the new userd, especially those that are not technically aware.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool because it transformed how our team runs workshops and meetings visually.

An intuitive solution that helps managers save their time with the best capabilities possible to ensure a smooth project management in all aspects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, it’s straightforward and makes things easier to manage through all the different stages of the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to be honest, maybe the interface could be a little more intuitive and some features are not always easy to find at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Leverage it all. I’d recommend it. It’s easy to use and does what you need without making things overly complicated

What differentiates Klaxoon from other similar products?

Klaxoon has a different feel since it gets everyone in the room participating, not just a few people. I will be been on other collaborative tools where as the session was over the ideas were quickly forgotten.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have been using Klaxoon for some months now at workshops planning sessions brainstorming meetings project discussions etc. One thing I particularly enjoy is that everyone can put in thoughts at the same time without interrupting each other. It has made remote meetings so much more engaged and effective as you have all ideas in one spot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some boards can also get a little congested when lots of users are adding information at the same time making them a little more difficult to navigate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My experiance with Klaxoon is overall pretty excellent. It has allowed us to collaborate better, keeping meeting discussions organized and made brainstorming sessions so much more valuable. I use it all the time since it keeps all the ideas in one place and makes collaboration so much easier.
