What differentiates Kiteworks Secure Managed File Transfer from other similar products?

I haven't used similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My role as an IT Supervisor/Clerk for an unnamed US Government Bureau presented a lot of technological hurdles as our userbase was very technically challenged. The provided Government documentation for training was exhausting and often out of date, as is with Government operations. I rarely needed to assist with Kiteworks, it was never down, and people just got it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wasn't in charge of purchasing so my understanding of its value compared to other products is lacking. If it's within budget, and you want an additional layer of security for your organization's messages, I'd be surprised if there's an easier to use product. Additionally, I have not compared it to other products, and I do not know how strong the encryption is. My knowledge is limited to supporting it for the end users and I can say it was easy to use and always worked as expected.
