What differentiates Khoros from other similar products?
Khoros does make use of a single, secure entry point for all users in my company. This allows everyone involved in the operational management of our social media accounts to be able to access the Khoros platform, without needing to share passwords. This approach adds extra layer of security to our use and access of the Khoros platform, which is of course very important for an organisation like ours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Khoros greatly excels in the area of cross - person collaboration , which is important for organized operations as far as our brands social media presence and management is concerned. With shared planning spaces, real time email notifications and in-app note taking provisions , Khoros provides all the tools needed for multiple team members to communicate and collaborate in our day to day social media management operations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quality of analytics can be more in-depth. There is likewise the tendency to experience glitches when trying to connect draft contents to the calendar.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For Khoros, I will suggest that adopting teams should maintain a robust analytics workflow for their social media interactions. This is because of inherent lapses in the quality of data provided by Khoros.

What sets Khoros apart it's robust approach to handling enterprise level challenges. One of the satndout features it's ability to support global brands through seamless collaboration- I've found it incredibly useful for managing multiple social channels across different time zones and languages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's user friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is intuitive, which has signifivantly reduced the learning curve for our team,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Is that it can feel a bit overhalming at first, especially for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation would be to take full advantage of the trial period, if available, to get familiar with the platform's range of features. Spend time exploring its integrations with other tools you use, as it can really streamline your processes.
