flexible in most of the features to use,

getting feedback is very important from your customers and there are not many useful tools in the market which allows you to capture your customer feedback in a simple and easy way

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes your survey email can to spam or junk folder of your customer so have to get your keysurvey email whitelist.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a nice tool to get the feedback from customers and work on your improvement areas
