What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

The pricing is very transparent, and the system is incredibly user friendly. It is easy to do everything without needing to contact support, but if you do need support, they always very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that the system is easy to navigate. I also love the benefits administration - they get negotiated rates on insurance that smaller businesses would not receive on their own, so they save companies tons of money.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We tended to have trouble with timecards for hourly workers when I used it, but it seems like those issues have been addressed more recently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product for any company that has no HR function, a limited HR function. or smaller companies that want the benefits of better cost for their compliance, payroll and benefits needs

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

They truly go above and beyond! They remind you of all your benefits, email your tax documents, remind you of any trainings you need to complete, and the customer service is phenomenal!!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love all the reminders they share as well as their newsletters with very helpful tips and resources for employees wellness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Don’t have anything negative to share

Get it, you won’t regret it!!

User-friendly & intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer service is awesome. Benefit add-ons are great. Annual tax compliance is handled by JW.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very few third-party integrations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

JW should include third-party integrations for accounting, time tracking, point of sale systems and business operations
