What differentiates JSCAPE MFT Server from other similar products?

Haven't worked much with other MFT solutions so I don't have much to say about this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to customize as needed via running shell commands/scripts if needed,, although mostly not needed as Jscape MFT Server has most built-in features we require.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using a shared database. Network settings for mgt, services, etc. are global using a shared database.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly customizable solution that has been around for a long time. Great support that is very responsive.

What differentiates JSCAPE MFT Server from other similar products?

JScape is easy to use and to setup. Very intuitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The versatility to setup multiple protocol connections to clients and from.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacking some logging information on the GUI on what the underlying system is doing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend this product as it's very easy to setup on any system. It has a lot of "all-in-1" features that allow clients the flexibility to connect via various protocols to jscape. Additionally, the automation "Triggers" part of the platform is very intuitive and flexible enough to setup complex but simplified flows using the build in GUI Trigger setup.

Jscape provides a ton more features than other vendors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that i can ftp a file from a client to our sharepoint shares is most definitely a game changer

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am unsure

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test it our for yourself. Redwood tech support is prompt and knowledgeable for help with set up and troubleshooting
