What differentiates Jira Service Management from other similar products?
We have used other products in the past that were very customizable but those required incredibly in depth configs that expected a consultant to be available or on staff to complete. Jira has been user friendly from the start and we continue to evolve how we use it
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The additional uses they find for AI to add to the product and not replace things is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some finer tuning features on the alert configurations would be nice but overall no complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have used many products in the past and cycle through them quickly when dissatisfied. I don’t see us moving on from JIRA anytime soon.

It is well known for devops and project managemnt, the ITSM Portion maybe not too good
