What differentiates Jamf Pro from other similar products?

A very easy to user software tool that enables IT administrators like myself to leverage the tools to create complex workflows in an easy manner. 1. Automation / No touch updates which have been implemented by me in our Organization which require very little admin intervention. 2. Deferral of updates and other patches 3. Notification(s) for the end user as well as initial setup and maintenance of the device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature in my opinion is to use Jamf's script editor combined with policies, smart groups an patch management to create an automated way to update apps without a major overhead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of Jamf Pro is too high and gets in the way of acquiring additional support. Jamf is a bit slow to adapt new features compared to the MDM competitors which I would like to see change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jamf Pro is the best of the best to manage Apple devices and other MDM's do not come even close to this

The product is simply AD for the Mac environment and it simply works with the Windows AD environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The policy pushes and AD integration and ease of management is my favorite feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing I don't like about the product.

Ask for testimonials and use cases based on your environment and find out for yourself if it's for you.
