What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Traceability with requirements and testing widgets

What do you dislike most about this product?

The export feature to excel doesn’t always get the latest counts

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely use it and integrate it with ALM Jira. The real time transfer of defect information to and from the tool is great. That way the client team can log defects in a tool only accessible to them and it’s available for the triage team on a different tool.
