The integrated Phishing training, videos, and test emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity of working incidents and researching recurring issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The investigation features can be a bit unclear & I really wish there was an option to see a snapshot of attachments when investigating incidents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Test it out, Look through the scan-back email incidents and get a feel for just how vulnerable you are & how close you are to being taken advantage of. This sort of protection has been invaluable as we've seen many direct targeted attacks that were tagged & prevented through Ironscales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The positive effects on our business goals include increased information security, risk reduction, and improved security team productivity. Advanced Artificial Intelligence, The software uses AI to analyze email behavior patterns and proactively detect potential threats. Response Automation, IRONSCALES allows automating responses to suspicious emails, reducing response time to attacks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On the downside, cost may be a factor to consider for some organizations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software is suitable in scenarios where information security is a priority, and less appropriate in organizations with limited budgets or with less advanced cybersecurity needs.
