We are in our fourth year using InvGate products and the experience has been very positive. Their solutions are easy to work with and the support team is responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recent Ai feature integrations have been very helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it meets our needs I think the reporting could use some improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend some time considering how you will lay out ticket categories and safe yourself some pain later - or just use the default categories with Invgate help as they follow ITSM standards.

Tickets searching need more filters to apply. It´s difficult to find a particular ticket.
