the automation and workflows are easy to set up and streamlines the processes and approvals across the organisation not just limited to IT.

What do you dislike most about this product?

defining reporting is a bit difficult, choosing the exact fields to report on can be tricky, this should be easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

keep the workflows simple and ensure you engage with all department heads prior, to identify their needs, this will allow for the initial setup to cater for all requirements across the organisation
