What differentiates Intuit QuickBooks from other similar products?

Quickbooks is a cloud based book keeping system for small businesses. Quick books has many features, however i mostly used the book keeping system.Invoices can be generated from quick books and emailed to customers automatically. Bank statements from most reputed banks can be imported into quick books. Intuit the owner of quick books is one of the most innovative companies in the world. Intuit works extra hard to solve customers problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to import bank statements of businesses into quick books.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a little bit learning curve to master this great product. More tutorials, videos need to be provided.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great product.Highly recommend this. Good record keeping is important to avoid issues with IRS. This product ensures good record keeping and helps mitigate audit risk apart from increasing operational efficiency.

What differentiates Intuit QuickBooks from other similar products?

Good customer service. All accounting tools in one place. Ideal for daily use. Instant reports. Reminders. Running any number of reports available (balances, payroll costs, losses, profits, etc.)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quickbooks simplifies actions when it comes to invoices, and more so for those who are just starting out. Cloud storage. Security and reliability. I don't need to buy updates consecutively. Modern and versatile. Access from different devices, it's great. Online you can learn how to use it in the best way thanks to the existing material on the web. Payroll is also easier to do.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that means a problem, can improve, I am satisfied with the tools of this payroll software, having tried others in the past I could compare.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it for small to medium size companies. I also recommend reading more about this software before you start working with it.
