There's nothing to dislike. It does what we need it to do and makes things run smoothly.

Easy to use but too specific for non-niche users

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
It’s more intuitive than other products. Definitely easier for new users than other programs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of navigation and implementation. I had to do very little work to figure it out
What do you dislike most about this product?
The vocabulary is still difficult for those outside the nice market
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Review the instructional videos and FAQ as you work your way through the program. Don’t pay for extra features until you’re set on the basics
