The ability for business users to manage the data model without involvement from development resources.

Features for workflow management and context specific data management has historically been relatively weak.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep it simple. Assess needs for context specific data management, data syndication and workflow management against current features when considering purchase,
