It’s broad connectivity with source support allowing it to connect to data warehouses, on-premise and cloud sources, CRM platforms, core banking system among others Has a very strong metadata and lineage capabilities making lineage visible which assists in audit and compliance

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives very reliable data quality which trustworthy Such data integrity reduces errors in dashboards and reporting, eliminates duplicates in the system and ensures there is consistent customer records

What do you dislike most about this product?

Quite complex with a steep learning curve forcing teams to engage in initial onboarding which always requires specialized training and this adds to the implementation budget The UI/UX is less intuitive and more of developer centric

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best used for Master Data Management as a way of unifying customer identities For downstream analytics it should be complemented with CRM platforms
