The integration with Microsoft and involvement of AI in the tool makes is really streamlined. Also the UI is user friendly and easy to use.

Deep MS365 integration, strong PS focus and strong security features. Also the AI powered search tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to find content that's contextual and relevant

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not as flexible as we would like it to be. Customisation is not plug and play

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a secure platform with strong features it's a solid choice. Reserve time and resources for the training and set up.
