I appreciate the risk mitigation aspect of ICM. It's protection against risk makes the software extremely valuable. Its easy to use configuration stands out among competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects is the analytics. Metrics are crucial to ensuring a particular tactic or program is successful and the data given with ICM allows my company to make better business decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing in particular I dislike about the product.
