The best part is how the tool behaves more like a human assistant and helps in automating tasks without needing too much technical knowledge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the setup feels confusing and takes more time than expected. Also few features are not explained properly in documentation.

We have so many different applications and rpa bots. Orchestrate is like the conductor that tells all of them what to do and makes them work together in harmony.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it can combine the work of a human, an rpa bot, and an ai all in one single workflow. It's a very powerful way to manage complex, end-to-end processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be very complex to manage all the different moving parts of the orchestra.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a lot of different automation tools, this can be the brain that controls them all.
