What differentiates IBM watsonx Assistant from other similar products?

I have no experience from similar products though IBM Watson Assistant is very powerful in data integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers basic feature for creation of chat bots that are very useful in handling data on behalf of team members. It ensures there is quick service delivery and great client relations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no complain from the work of this product. I have not experienced any drawback since I started using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For effective data integration and improvement of service delivery channels I recommend this product.
