Unlike many cloud-only solutions, Watsonx Assistant offers deployment options that include on-premises and hybrid environments, catering to organizations with specific security and infrastructure needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is its seamless integration with other IBM tools, such as Watson Discovery for enhanced search functionalities, and Watson Knowledge Studio for natural language processing enhancements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no dislike about this product, for me it completes all my daily needs of AI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend IBM Watsonx Assistant for anyone who is looking for good conversational AI then this will be the perfect product.
