It's very excellent in providing a platform that simulates possible cyber attacks and rewards users for reporting them. It effectively help educate employees on email based threats such as phishing so that they can learn to recognize and report real attacks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has an automated and personalized training powered by machine learning that effectively enables optimal response to real threats in real time, there I have no regrets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It effectively help to empower employees to shield your organization with adaptive learning flow that transform the way your employees react and respond to growing amount of phishing emails. It's great in increasing your active protection levels by reinforcing positive behavior of reporting possible attacks.
