What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Simplified user governance features is very practical for large groups with several Business Unit. Integrated URL shortener Many data monitoring export features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to pause all communication for the entire organisation is a must in case of crisis Boards and streams are easy to share with other users The key account team is really professionaland easy to catch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The design of the platform is a bit outdated, which leads to UX fails in some case It misses a way to monitor user adoption on the platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

implement an in-house training policy as adoption can take months for collaborators negotiate prices and free licenses
