What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

We started using this program in the company to be able to plan and schedule all the posts for the different social networks of the company. We have loved how useful it is, as it not only allows us to schedule posts, but we can also see comments and reply to them, as well as private messages. It also has very useful metrics, which allow us to see the reach of each publication so we can improve.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it a very useful software, as it allows us to see from the same control panel, all the publications, interactions and responses from the different social networks. It has allowed us to be much more efficient in our marketing work, thanks to its multichannel marketing management and the ease of scheduling publications at the best times with the largest audience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few cons I have about this program; we were using the free version and when we saw that its functions were limited, we decided to buy its paid version, which we found to be a great investment. I would also like the functions in its mobile version to be as extensive as in its web version, this way, I can have more control of the networks outside the office.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I started using Hootsuite when I had several clients offering them social media content creation services. One of the clients is a hotel program that requires several pitches on the day of the program, the other clients are NPOs that require daily pitches. Hootsuite allows me to easily organize content and resize images, and easily tag exhibitors, donors, recipients and other interested parties.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

We really downloaded this program to manage to schedule our social media posts in advance, avoiding delays, but we have gotten many other really useful tools that have helped us to manage our social networks easily and without using other additional applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The program generates accurate metrics, where we can know in depth the behavior of our followers in each of the publications and thus create content that attracts more followers and customers. It also allows you to track the interactions of the publications of each social network, as well as respond to comments and messages. The fact that you can schedule weeks of planning the company's networks saves the marketing team time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost can be a bit high, although it has a free version that can be very useful for small companies. Sometimes it has cost us a lot to upload the publications, perhaps momentary problems of the platform, the truth is that the videos have been slow to load and to schedule the calendar did not register the correct date and time. We were able to solve all this later.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hootsuite is perfect for tight budgets. It provides most, if not all, of the features businesses need to keep their social accounts on track. There are many options for social media management tools. Some may have more features, while others have fewer. We think it has the right balance of features and price for our needs. I love how easy it is to navigate this platform. It allows me to easily organize my stuff and share my posts across platforms in a smart and organized way. Plus, whenever I have a problem with scheduling, I can get help quickly from the service team. I've been using Hootsuite since 2021 and haven't missed a single post.
