What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?

Hootsuite social media management is very much different from similar products, the features are very much futuristic with various factors like scheduling, captions, various target segments, also a good image format and posting is easy in the Hootsuite SMB. This is better to adopt in small to high level business with ease of implementation and great support at every support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Uploading the images/videos/content and caption writing this is the most promising features with ease of implementation from advance to simple features. Software is so accurate that it deliver the content on time with the execution needed. Also the services is fast enough as schedule deliver on social media fast.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only some features like the AI implementation can enhance the features more, as it can produce the content according to user and can deliver better results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If first user and want to implement or automate the social posting consider this as your first product as user friendly with lots of features which you are looking for the social sharing to be automated.
