What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HCL Links is a fantastic tool that enables us to add tags to any section and type of content using these positive comments. It also greatly facilitates finding websites with contacts, improves workflow, and saves a ton of time. This does not even take into account the fact that official documents can be viewed within and through this platform with sophistication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This system has issues, specifically with its user interface. It needs a better design and general changes because, at the moment, its main facilities transmit an unclear perspective and have very low technological capabilities. This highlights the fact that it has old characteristics in its dynamic illustrations and is devoid of colors for a striking appearance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HCL Connections’ mobile consumption is excellent and getting better over time as new versions for mobile devices are added monthly. This represents a significant advancement in these installations, which corrects bugs and adds new features every time these modernizations are carried out, which results in a continuous improvement in the application’s servers. This allows users to access a better source, and work faster and more comfortably from anywhere with internet connectivity.
