What differentiates GTB Technologies DLP from other similar products?

We've used a few DLP products before, and one thing that stood out with GTB was the data fingerprinting accuracy. It does a good job identifying sensitive data across different channels and we noticed fewer false alerts compared to some other tools we tested. In our environment, this helped reduce the time spent reviewing alerts that were not actual issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the detection accuracy. After spending some time tuning the policies, the product was able to identify data movement that other tools had missed. The lower number of false positives also made daily monitoring easier for our team and helped us focus on incidents that actually required attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The admin console could be improved. It contains all the information we need, but some tasks takes longer than expected, especially when reviewing incidents or generating reports for management. The interface feels a bit dated in some areas and a more streamlined dashboard would make day-to-day administration easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend spending enough time planning the deployment and understanding where sensitive data exists in your environment before enabling enforcement policies. The product is very capable, but we found that starting with monitoring and tuning first gave better results. Rolling everything out at once can create extra work, so a phased approach worked better for us.

Invest in proper training or experienced administrators for smooth management. Plan the policy structure carefully to avoid complexity later. Integrate it with existing security tools for better visibility and control. Regularly review and fine-tune policies based on real usage patterns. Ensure proper scalability planning for enterprise-wide rollout.

for endpoint and Network DLP, you can opt the product in a lesser pricing compared the other vendors.
