What differentiates Greenway EHR from other similar products?

The layout and design are easy to use and make sense for the end user

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it provides a lot of information about the person and easily shows previous and future appointments that the patient has. It is easy to access and login to system. I liked how I could organize the appointments and customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Simple tasks like printing are made much more complicated because of the amount of steps it takes to get to certain pages. It can sometimes be confusing about which appointments patients have had, usually because user error so it is not completely the software's fault.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ease of refilling meds. Ease of registering patients.

They are offering a new telehealth solution that looks promising.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their user interface could be a little snazzier.They were involved in settlement of a false claim for $57.25 Million with DOJ.

Very innovative and worth a shot!
