What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Greenhouse has a really user-friendly and clean interface that anyone can pick up easily. There is a good amount of customizability in most areas to tailor the app to your needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Greenhouse is how easy it is to use day to day for me, whether it's going through new applications or scheduling candidates. I also really appreciate all the constant product updates that Greenhouse rolls out to improve existing features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest area of improvement would be customizability in certain areas, such as reporting needs or user permissions on jobs. These hinder us from being able to find information we need and thus making us have to resort to using a third party application to make up for these gaps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product for small to midsize companies. It can get expensive having to add on different 3rd party implementations to make up for gaps in the product, so do keep that in mind.
