What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

I really like the intuitive nature of the scorecards and the ease of scoring/revising.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, especially for someone who doesn't use recruiting products regularly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything I really dislike!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product for anyone needing an ATS, as our recruiters love it. As an end user who uses this product to score candidates, I've found the interface to be very user friendly and simple!

It's very flexible and you are able to navigate the site in a lot of ways.

It looks a little dated.

This is a great product for companies over several hundred employees.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

I think Greenhouse is a great balance between simple enough that folks not looking to do a whole lot of complicated things can use the tool successfully. Also, those who want to become expert users will enjoy the suite of functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the ability to customize each job application.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of customizability when it comes to candidate surveys.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go ahead and get started and you can continue to modify and tweak as you go on.
