This was the first and to the point software that made me add the candidates easily with no fuss

auto capturing feature through the documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such but looking forward to see the candidate capturing feature work better

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Greenhouse recruiting has a mobile application, through which I am able to accomplish a lot of what I can on the Greenhouse computer web version . With the Greenhouse mobile application, I am able to manage and modify interview kits, access candidate profiles, monitor job pipelines and review job applications smoothly. .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the comprehensive nature of the scorecard process on Greenhouse recruiting software. It can be customized to review all applicants for a job using a predetermined set of indices or metric. This has made the candidate vetting and hiring process for I and my colleagues in my department, a lot organized , measurable and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The setup process for Greenhouse is overly complex and I wish it would allow for more automations. As a result of its high pricing, this platform is mostly used by enterprise level companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asides the cost, I just think that Greenhouse is most ideal for mid-size and large sized organizations.
