What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
The webcam preview feature that allows users to preview their webcam before joining a meeting to check their connection and video. This helps a lot when preparing for a meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the call me feature that simplifies joining the meeting audio by simply picking up the phone. It is also a very secure option and a faster way of joining the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It only works under stable internet connection otherwise it lags and this can be quite frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend. They offer extensive customer support from video libraries to trainings and guides that ensure we don't get stuck or confused.

No communication barriers with Gotomeeting.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
Communication on Gotomeeting is very streamlined. I can begin text chat conversation with a co-worker on this software and quickly turn the chat room into a full blown video conference call, with audible audio , clear video and full screensharing options immediately available to everyone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have customized Gotomeeting to put a direct audio call to me , anytime a meeting session is launched across my department. With this "call in" feature , I am able to listen live into group conference calls without the need to be connected to the internet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
High bandwidth consumption during video conferencing on the Gotomeeting desktop app. is a source of concern for me. Also, as a multi-lingual organization, it will be great if meeting transcriptions on this platform is provided in multiple languages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gotomeeting is super intuitive , easy to use and makes the process of initiating or joining conference calls to be possible with a click of a button on the Gotomeeting mobile or desktop applcation.
