What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting is an online video conferencing solution that works perfectly from anywhere and browser offering a quality, complete and high-performance service, it is a tool that has worked perfectly for me when I carry out my meetings, so far I have no dislikes or complaints.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

It is mostly used for online meetings with overseas clients. I feel the image quality, sound quality, convenience of usage, and operability are all satisfactory once you get used to it. It is not widely known in India, especially when compared to Cisco WebEx Meeting, for example, but I feel it is superior in general. The setup page is a little more harder to comprehend than Zoom's, but once you get used to it, it's a fairly straightforward tool to use. I feel it is a really helpful application, similar to Zoom, in that it allows you to attend an online conference utilizing client software and a browser.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio and video options are a little difficult to figure out, but I feel it is a pretty easy service with constant communication quality. Furthermore, I feel it is advantageous that the service side automates it so that it may be used even if the user side's IT capabilities are restricted. It's frequently used to communicate with consumers in the rest of the world. It has a small market share and is not commonly used in India, although it appears to be widely used in Europe and the United States. Because many firms prohibit the use of Zoom because it is untrustworthy in terms of security, we use it instead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The settings panel is a little difficult to understand. However, if you get used to it at first, I don't think it's a huge issue. I suppose it would be beneficial if the client program were a little lighter, but it isn't anything that worries me all that much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While many events are being avoided or decreased, I feel that online meetings are a great approach to get knowledge. I believe you should use a variety of free tools, including the trial version. Less wait is preferable. When working with international countries, time lag may be devastating, especially when it comes to translation and interpretation, but GoToMeeting doesn't have that, thus it came in helpful. I believe it is recommended since it has the same operating feel as Zoom and may be used without difficulty.
