What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

It's easy to use, great for kids. This has prompted me to check the previously recorded conference again, for example, to see if anything was missed so that I would learn it all again, because it's critical to evaluate everything that has been said or discussed these days.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Something worth noting is its sound quality that is excellent, and the video runs almost flawlessly. It has feature of screen sharing. It's a positive idea we can record our meeting and if somebody skips it, he/she can see the recorded video subsequently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's been working well for me; but I don't enjoy the computer view since it is tough to recognize items such as chat window when first using it. I like to notice a modification in how items are organized on my screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the preview version first, for example, whether you have some reservations, however you will never be dissatisfied and will enjoy using it.

I am a fan of GoToMeetings. This video conferencing software has eased our lives. The quality is top-notch, the features are advanced and it is reliable. All we were looking for was reliability. Our company's business is now operational in the hands of online communication for most of the part and we were never satisfied with one software. All lacked some features that annoyed us at the end. It comes with all features that usually a video conferencing software has and you can add some more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has paid plans that assist the number of people included in one session. The normal plan starts with 150 people. We choose the higher plan according to the need. Some other features that I personally like are screen-sharing, no time limits for meetings, chat option and personal meeting rooms are a luxury. For clients we have a call transcription option, meeting lock, and my favorite one note taking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much that comes in my mind but one thing that I should mention is that it does not offer any free plan and trial.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it to businesses who prefer their security and quality over everything. The security is uptight and the video quality is marvelous! If you chose this one for your online communication in the digital world after reading my review, I can bet that you will not be disappointed.

It is easy to use and secure. Calls quality is very good specially the quality of voice. Customer care service is also superb and is very helpful for users. Screen-sharing is also a best feature.

It has a benefit of unlimited recordings in the cloud so that the participants can watch them later. It also offers 14 day free trial. it has the entire tool needed for a successful business meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Requires a very good and stable internet connection. GoToMeeting isn’t a free platform for video conference on the other hand there are lots of free platforms. You have to update hardware to get the best of the calls. Also a separate application is required for background blurring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended for small businesses because it has the entire tool needed for a successful business meeting. It is not free, it charges 12$ per month for professional allowing 150 participants and 16$ per month allowing 250 participants which is comparatively expensive than other software. It offers 14 day free trial so you should check it first before purchasing.
