What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
The webcam preview feature that allows users to preview their webcam before joining a meeting to check their connection and video. This helps a lot when preparing for a meeting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the call me feature that simplifies joining the meeting audio by simply picking up the phone. It is also a very secure option and a faster way of joining the meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It only works under stable internet connection otherwise it lags and this can be quite frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend. They offer extensive customer support from video libraries to trainings and guides that ensure we don't get stuck or confused.
