What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
Gotomeeting is simplistic in nature and I believe this has an huge impact in making this software intuitive for users. It's a flexible software to use on different device types and operating platforms and it is brilliant to see how Gotomeeting is able to maintain simplicity and still provide a broad functionality set that encompasses toll free conferencing, drawing tools for screen sharing, virtual whiteboarding among other quality features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile conferencing feature, via Gotomeeting mobile app. is my favorite . I view the mobile app. as the perfect companion for a smooth, interactive remote communication experience with my colleagues. I get the freedom to connect from anywhere as a result of this app. and it's something I hold dearly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gotomeeting does a good transcription job , but unfortunately video meeting transcriptions are provided only in English language. In a company, where we have diverse teams spread across different countries, we see this as not good enough.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a professional, am concerned about the ease of use of any potential software. Maybe , even above bells and whistle features. This is the main reason why I will recommend Gotomeeting.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
The quality of screen sharing and voice and video calls is HD I can hear crystal clear sound and video plus screen sharing even in low bandwidth situations
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GoToMeeting offers web-based online scheduler ti schedule meetings. The scheduler also integrates with Outlook and Google calendar. The whiteboard allows me to share my work with others on the internet
What do you dislike most about this product?
Being able to limit the meeting participants to the people I have invited instead of anyone who clicks in the link to join the meeting. The benefit will be I won’t need to generate new URLs everytime I wish to conduct a meeting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting is a great tool fir collaboration with lots of exciting features and the browser support is good. Screen sharing is also great and if you are doing business over the internet this is the best service for you
