What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

The consistency in Gotomeeting’s user interface design , across various platforms , is the key point of differentiation that I like to highlight about this software. This consistency in design and functionality, gives me the peace of mind to initiate or join team video meetings from any device of choice , without bothering about accessibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The commuter mode feature , available to me when i use the Gotomeeting mobile app to sign into meetings is very appealing to me. This unique mode for mobile devices , automatically optimizes the sound and video quality of my conference calls by reducing bandwidth and turning my phone screen into a colour-coded interface, ensuring there are no distractions from standard phone calls , app notifications or sms messaging in the course of an active gotomeeting conference call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On occasions, i have had poor experiences with the audio quality of my calls. I also do have concerns about why Gotomeeting plays a sound by default, when a meeting participant joins or exits a team call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Gotomeeting’s intuitive user interface and general feature-flow is most fitting for my work video conference needs and i easily recommend this software, without even a second thought.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

ke other tools, it has a very intuitive panel for scheduling meetings, with well-organized options, which makes it very useful. That is why it is so different from other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about this tool is that, as the name suggests, it is a relatively simple meeting software. Easy to set up and instantly create your own room to host your meetings. After connecting your calendar to the app, you can schedule meetings. This takes very little time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my personal opinion, the strong point of GoTo Meeting is screen sharing, so I have no complaints and feel comfortable. You can share live video of what's happening on your screen or just a specific app in the meeting room with other participants. This function is very useful when collaborating on any task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend that this tool has an alternative to join meetings on a regular phone. Various meeting accessories point out objects by marking them with brush strokes and text.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

It offers cloud storage, better and more reliable security, it also has interesting features such as transcripting the meeting which comes in very handy. It also includes a 250 member video conferencing option which is better than its competitors(though my use case has hardly came anywhere close to that number).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud storage is perfect and also having the option for transcriptions of the meetings is something that I never knew I needed, but apparently from now on I do. Great security, and in general just way more features than its competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is hardly anything to dislike about the product. But compared to its biggest competitor Zoom, it's UI falls a little bit short. I think in video conferencing simplicity is very important but again it has an alright user interface, it's just not on the Zoom level.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want reliability, security and a vast number of features I seriously suggest giving this product a try. I have used many video conferencing apps, but I can confidently say, if you are using video conferencing app at least weekly, this might be your app.
