What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
it's not trying to be a social media app with filters and games. it's a meeting tool. it does one thing, and it does it very well without extra distractions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i like that it's just very stable. i have had very few dropped calls or bad connections with gotomeeting compared to other platforms. it feels very dependable for important client calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the design looks like it is from 10 years ago. it really needs a modern look.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you need a tool that is just for meetings and nothing else, this is perfect.

zoom is what everyone talks about, but gotomeeting feels more professional and secure. it's less about fancy features and more about just working reliably every single time, which our company values.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the call quality is almost always crystal clear, even when many people are on video. we also love the outlook plugin that makes scheduling meetings with clients super easy and professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the user interface feels a little bit old and outdated compared to newer apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
for a serious business that needs a reliable tool, this is a very safe choice.
