What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

One of the main differences between GoToMeeting and other platforms such as Zoom, is that GoToMeeting offers a more limited number of participants, allowing there to only be 250 participants in meetings, while Zoom allows up to more than 400 participants, however this does not mean That GoToMeeting is a bad option, since it far exceeds its competition, offering me the possibility of improving the quality, making adjustments to the shared video, being able to improve the brightness, contrast or saturation tone, while other platforms offer video editing a lot more limited.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the features that most positively captured my attention about GoToMeeting is the ability to make recordings of my video conferences or meetings, and store them in the GoToMeeting cloud unlimitedly. Many other video conferencing platforms offer a limited recording service, but GoToMeeting allows me to make these recordings without any limits. I have also loved the way this platform allows me to share my computer screen. All participants can see the shared screen window and can see everything I do on my computer. Another of the outstanding qualities is that it offers me a quality higher than 1080p for my video conferences, surprising.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only feature I didn't like about GoToMeeting is its limited number for my video conference participants. Currently, we are a company with more than 900 employees, and sometimes we need to hold large meetings where the participation of many people is needed. Being able to integrate only 250 participants has been a limitation for us, I hope that GoToMeeting expands this limit or creates a more advanced work plan that allows me to add more members to my meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I do not recommend GoToMeeting for large companies that need the participation of many people, it currently has a limit for the number of members per meeting. However, it is an excellent option for medium or small companies, because it has a good, totally secure work structure with SSL encryption and AES encryption, which allows all information transmitted in meetings to be totally confidential. In addition, it has the ability to provide a very good video quality, essential for anyone to carry out a meeting with a good view of the participants.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

24/7 support, features such as screen sharing and chat are very good, privacy and security for each meeting room, file sharing and presentations, in the same application you can plan the next meetings. Muting participants or reactivating them is easy to manage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting is an excellent solution for quick and easy video calls, that's what I like the most, it's practical; the use of this tool with people who do not know much about applications and video conferencing is convenient because all they need is the link to the meeting and join from a web browser, they can also join a meeting using dial-in numbers. The fact that it is compatible with all types of devices and all major platforms makes it versatile, suitable for all types of users. Overall the interface and functions are to my liking, it is appropriate and professional for business work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Audio problems, completely distracting me during a meeting. Please improve this aspect, it is very important.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to use and allows you to connect from anywhere, another factor that I find very convenient is that your participants don't have to create an account to join the meeting, (except for the one who organizes the meetings) I recommend it if you are looking for something affordable and secure.

It offers a seamless user experience. It offers great tons of features that make meetings productive. It is easy to use with a great UI. GoToMeeting is affordable. It allows hosting a large number of participants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a user-friendly platform that gives us a feel of a workplace. I love that joining meetings is fast and managing all attendees s easy by muting and unmuting them. It is perfect for making presentations and coordination on projects with the screen sharing feature. The quality of audio and video is high and no challenges have been witnessed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires a good internet connection for the application to run smoothly.

It is easy to deploy the application and fits well for calling emergency meetings across the organization.
