Among the features that can be highlighted in GoTo Meeting are video meetings in high definition, options for sharing the screen, and smooth synchronization with calendar applications. The recording function enables the unable team members to follow the meeting later, and breakout rooms allow conversing with many team members at once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of the various tools allows for the smooth hosting of virtual training sessions. People can join from different devices, which also means that as many people as possible will be able to participate. Regarding favorable features, there is one option I found to be quite practical: the ability to record sessions. This means that team members who could not attend live can go through the material in the future, so they will not miss out on what is happening concerning our management of risks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has no analytical tools to monitor participants’ activity levels. Lack of an integrated poll or quiz implies that the trainers will have to use other applications to make an assessment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One tool that really helps me in working with my colleagues remotely is GoTo Meeting for virtual training. What makes this platform valuable is its ability to avoid problems with how the presentation is broadcast and can concentrate on the content being presented. The regular possibility to share my screen and work with different documents makes the training interesting. In the recent normal item, I used the whiteboard to develop ideas with a team on how to manage risks that are associated with emerging markets. Due to the location, people came up with solutions that would definitely not have been possible back at the office.
