Enables ease of files sharing. Instant messaging. High quality video and voice calls. Instant screen sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor internet connectivity may lead to calls disconnection with my remote teams.

It's simple and fast to use solution for conducting online meeting sessions that any organization need to have.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

To participate in webinars, I use this program, and I find it effective. Intuitive to use for big groups, and enables for document sharing while presenting in the presentation mode. I appreciate that Go To Meeting provides dolby audio and HD visual quality for online and video conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I had a good experience, however I kept looking for a better solution for my needs. The implementation of Go To Meeting was a breeze. When video chatting, I like the high definition video quality. The ease with which it may be put into use. Three-way teleconferences. Support for internet mass communications in real time. Among other things, its design is obtrusive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Prior to meetings, I'd receive email or text message notifications if there were any difficulties with the audio. Some members of the group were unable to join the conversation because of a delay in responding, and some connections are no longer available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Staff may attend critical meetings while away from the office thanks to this method. It's accessible to everyone, and it's affordable. It may be used on any device that has an internet connection. Ability to reach all of the intended audience members.

Excellent tool for online/virtual communication, especially working from home time. I never felt that I was not in the office because I always connected through GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting is a reliable, easy-to-use, and secure platform for virtual communication. In one click, start an immediate meeting, record meetings, share files, schedule meetings, invite others, etc. Integration with other software is pretty easy, and the best example is integration with outlook. Hence there is no hesitation in saying my overall experience with GoToMeeting is excellent and best part is pro license is under budget which is really attractive for customer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting is the best team meeting solution for team collaboration, making audio and HD video conference calls, sending instant messages to people and attending my daily calls with it. It has great features like virtually raising your hand, which has helped us as a team to easily work collaboratively. Mobile application is one of the best features for me. I am constantly connected with my team members. Never miss any meeting or chat message. In simple with the help of GoToMeeting, "I am working from anywhere." Unlimited cloud recording & Smart Assistant that manages automatic meeting transcription are also great features for users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, so good, it means I did not face any issue that will irritate me. But only one enhancement I would like to mention here for the GoToMeeting team which i already mentioned initially. Really it would be nice to have if mobile application will work on low internet bandwidth because during this work from home culture we usually take calls while travelling or some time on mobile data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best collaborative tool which helps me in daily life during work, even sometimes I use it for personal work, for example, VOIP feature to make calls within the organisation or even outside organisation. Customer support is also one of the other advantages of buying its license version. I also like its mobile app through which you can attend all your meetings.
